Panel management can be a laborious and frustrating process if you don’t have the right tools. Contact Profiler makes dealing with key management tasks such as maintaining a portal, responding to queries, and processing incentives easy, so you can spend more time promoting and improving your panel.

Choose your data

We start you off with some standard pieces of information (what we call “attributes”) we know you’ll need for your panel members (like gender), but that is just the beginning. You can add any data you want on top of these basic details. You choose the data to add, and how to group and display it to a Panel Member. Additional attributes can be added at any time.

Set your content

Every Panel created in Contact Profiler is unique. Forget “one size fits all” – we understand that the content and flow of your panel Web will differ depending on the type and content of the panel. We have therefore given you complete freedom over the pages and menus to be used for the Panel Member Portal – take our powerful widgets and place them exactly where you need them, surrounded by your own custom content.

Tweak registration

Contact Profiler’s registration system is designed to ensure you have everything you need to track a panel member. You can tweak what is seen during the registration process to meet the specific needs of your panel – choose what data you need, and what data is mandatory.

Manage panel members

Once you have a panel member, your primary goals are to use them in jobs wisely, keep them interested, and reward them for their effort. Contact Profiler has all the tools you need to achieve these goals.

Run a campaign

Campaign management tools within Contact Profiler make it easy to track how people found your panel. Tracking “pixels” can be set up for commercial online recruiters, and individual contact lists can be set up to track individual campaigns you run for yourself (in print campaigns, online advertising etc.)
